Preparation and Usage: Make your supermince chilli! Our Mexican supermince cooks up just like meat or plant-based mince. 1. Heat 3tbsp of oil in a pan and gently fry a chopped red onion for 2 minutes. 2. Add 180g of Supermince and the full seasoning sachet, along with 500ml of water. Stir well. 3. Add a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes and 400g of drained kidney beans. Mix everything together. 4. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until most of the water is absorbed and the supermince is softened. 5. Serve with a side of rice or try loading into tacos! Approx cooking time: 30 minutes.
