Storage: Keep Frozen.
Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen. Do not defrost. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout prior to serving. Do not re-heat.
Other - From Frozen. Pan Fry (preferred method): Add 2 tablespoons of oil or butter to a non-stick frying pan and bring to a medium to high heat. Add the gnocchi in a single layer and let cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown before flipping. Continue to cook for a total of 6-8 minutes until golden brown on all sides and gnocchi is heated through. Season to taste or add your favourite warm pasta sauce or pesto.
Oven cook - From Frozen. Oven Roast: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Spray a non-stick baking tray with oil and place gnocchi onto the tray in a single layer. Season and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown and gnocchi is heated through. Turn once half way through cooking.
