Every purchase you make is a choice: the kind of agriculture you support, the impact on the environment, and the future of food. Wholegood sources organic produce from farmers that care about the soil they grow in as much as the flavour it produces. It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour. Our Large Cucumbers have a minimum weight of 300g or above.
Our cucumbers are crisp and juicy. Best enjoyed cold and raw, they are extremely popular taking centre stage in salads, boosting flavour and texture in sandwiches and wraps, or immediately livening up cocktails.
Good for you, good for the planet.

Preparation and Usage: Dice, julienne, thinly slice - cucumbers can be enjoyed both with and without their peels. The occasional bitter cucumber can be saved by cutting a safe distance away from the peel. With their taste quite mild on its own, cucumbers are popularly used for crunch and freshness into salads. We enjoy them grated (with the peel on) and mixed in with finely chopped dill, a little bit of crushed garlic, hung yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon and some salt - a quick Tzatziki recipe hack.
