Award winning luxury drinking chocolate. Totally pure and bursting with flavour, we make it with just two ingredients, fine single estate cacao and raw cane sugar. It won a Silver SOFI in USA's Fine Food Awards, and it was chosen by The Independent as The UK's Best Hot Chocolate. Use to make either hot or cold drinks, and for vegan drinks use non dairy milks like oat.
We craft make this hot chocolate from the bean with the same uncompromising commitment to quality as with our chocolate. The beans get a light roast, and then we conche for up to 21 days until the flavour is perfect. Finally we press out some of the butter and mill it into a powder with the raw cane sugar.
100% natural. Free from soya, gluten and palm oil. Discover artisan chocolate, made bean to bar for the purest flavours. We use the world's great single estate cacaos which are like fine wines, each with its own unique flavour. To preserve these precious flavours, we make our chocolate in small batches, at low temperatures, taking up to 21 days, whereas industrial chocolate takes just a few hours. Our dark chocolates contain simply cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter - no vanilla or soya lecithin to hide the beautiful flavour notes of the beans. All our cacaos are ethically and sustainably sourced. Being a cocoa farmer himself, Willie puts the farmers at the heart of how he does business, buying all his cacao Direct Trade, paying a higher price premium than Fair Trade. They are all traditionally grown under shade trees which promotes both flavour and bio-diversity.
Willie Harcourt-Cooze, cacao farmer, pioneer and chocolate fanatic, started out buying a cocoa farm in Venezuela 20 years ago, and set up the UK's first artisan 'bean to bar' chocolate factory in 2008. His passion is to introduce everyone to the beautiful flavours of real craft made chocolate.

Preparation and Usage: To make hot chocolate use 25g - 30g of hot chocolate powder with 200ml milk according to your taste. Put the hot chocolate powder in a cup and gradually stir in the hot milk, then froth. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
