Cauliflower, softened leeks and confit garlic in a cheddar sauce. Finished with a dollop of dijon mustard. All encased in a shortcrust base and a puff pastry lid.

We use the finest quality ingredients throughout from all British grassfed beef, herb fed free range chicken, outdoor reared pork, fresh seasonal herbs and vegetables all incased in our bespoke secret pastry recipe.

Storage: Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing.
Preparation and Usage: Oven cook - from chilled (defrost thoroughly if home frozen). Remove pie from outer packaging. Place on a baking tray in its foil, on the middle shelf, in a pre-heated fan assisted/gas oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ Gas mark 6. These are only guidelines as appliances may vary. Adjust baking times according to your particular oven (conventional ovens may take longer than fan assisted). Always check that food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
