Cooking Guidelines: Cook on full power. Microwave from Frozen: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place tray onto microwaveable plate. 800W cook for 7 mins or 900W cook for 6 mins. Stand for 1 min. Oven Cook from Frozen: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7. Remove packaging. Cook in middle for 35 mins.
Storage: Store at -18°C or below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Keep Frozen.
