Cooking Guidelines - Oven: From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8. Remove all packaging. Place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 23 mins. Take out and serve.
Air Fry: Refer to manufacturer guidelines. Ensure food is piping hot and do not re-heat once cooled.
