Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen : Our large haddock fillets are best cooked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Tip
To enjoy Young's chip shop at it's best, place on a wire rack for that delicious crispy bubbly batter!
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven 230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 8 & remove all packaging.
Step 2
Place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Step 3
Cook for 20 mins. Take out and serve.

Caution!
