Preparation and Usage: Combine 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice. If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1.5 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
