Preparation and Usage: This creamy, silken tofu block is packaged to keep fresh until you're ready to enjoy it. Open as follows: 1 Unfold the four corners of the carton and cut off the top with scissors along the cutting lines. 2 Place the carton on a big plate, holding the bottom corners and push the tofu out carefully. 3 If required, wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to remove any excess water.
