Keep Frozen. Cook from frozen: Add udon noodles from frozen to a pot of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and cook for approx. 1 minute. Drain noodles and run under cold water to remove starch and prevent overcooking. Add to hot soup and top with thinly sliced spring onions and other toppings of your choice. Alternatively, add the noodles to a stir fry to create yaki udon.
