Preparation and Usage: How to Prepare: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the frying pan. Add 600g chicken and fry until sealed. Add 200g of paste and cook for approx. 1 minute. Add 400ml coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer until chicken is cooked. Add additional water to desired consistency.
