Preparation and Usage: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the frying pan. Add 600g chicken and fry until sealed. Add 200g of paste and cook for approx. 1 minute. Add 400 ml coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer until chicken is cooked. Add additional water to desired consistency. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
