Preparation and Usage: For a delicious katsu curry for two: Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry a jar of paste for 1 minute. Add in 1 tbsp of water and stir. Stir: Stir in 1/4 of a can (100ml) of Blue Dragon Coconut Milk and simmer for 3 minutes. If you prefer more sauce then add a bit more coconut milk. Enjoy: Pour the Katsu sauce over sliced breaded chicken and serve with steamed rice.
