Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 42 days.
Preparation and Usage: Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a pan. Add half a jar of paste and add 300g of diced chicken, fry until sealed. Add 150g of diced potatoes and stir to coat. Add 200ml of coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Finish with an optional extra of 1 tsp of fish sauce, chopped fresh red chilli and a garnish of chopped peanuts. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
