Hob - From Ambient: 20 mins. Serves 4. Ingredients: 1 jar of tikka masala curry paste, 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil, 1 medium onion diced, 4 diced skinless chicken breast, 200g double cream, 200g chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh coriander (optional). Heat the oil in a pan and fry onions until soft. Add the chicken breast and paste, fry until sealed for 5 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in double cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the sauce has thickened. Just before serving add a handful of chopped coriander to the dish. Also works well with other types of meat, prawns or vegetables.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks. For best before: see lid.
